Do you like Thule 532 Ride-On Universal Bike Rack Adapter for Factory Roof Racks Very VersatileBy T. MillerI just bought this item and was not sure what to expect. First of all, be advised that this is an adapter only that will allow you to mount racks to a factory installed roof rack. The Thule adapter attaches on to most factory roof racks be sure to check the fit guide for compatibility at www.thule.com. I used this adapter to add a pair of Yakima Raptor bike racks to my roof. Yes it worked with Yakima. The only adjustment I had make was to use a hacksaw to saw off some plastic components on the inside edges of the Yakima rack that fold in and out. I assume these were meant to be cut off because they folded back and forth. Leaving them on allows you to mount to a rounded bar and cutting them off adapts them to this bar which is rectangular in shape. In less than 1 hour everything was complete.
