I followed the Trico website selection guide for both vehicles. The wipers fit my Xterra without any problems, and I have to say, they are the best I have ever had (been driving for 30 years). So far, rain, sleet, ice conditions are no problem. The VW Cabrio was a bit trickier - I have updated/edited my original comments. This car has the wiper arm with the large hook. The trick is to push the whole hook end through the opening with the adapter latch open (picture 2 on the instructions). It will displace the blade slightly, then rotate into the correct alignment and pull the hook into place. The pictures provided (2 and 3) don't show the intermediate step, which would make installation self explanatory. Trico support never returned my call, I just fiddled with it a bit until it worked.Bottom line is, the wipers work great (both vehicles), and are the best I've ever had.
