The shipping box was torn and the hitch had some smudges on the paint, but only minor. The hitch mounting bolt holes were about a half inch short of the frame bolt holes. My pictures indicate my solution of the problem using a screw post jack. The mounting process took about an hour since I had to spread the hitch to fit. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the product and the price.
