Buy discount Valeo 600-26 Series Wiper Blade - 26" Works on Highlander, But...By Bob SCouldn't figure out how to get the 26" blade to work on my 2008 Highlander. The 20" passenger side worked fine with the installed adapter. The adapter that came installed wouldn't fit over the hook, which I suspect was the problem with the other reviewers and the instructions were of no help. I fiddled around a bit and then realized that the adapter that came installed had to be removed from the blade and installed on the hook first, by spreading the flanges out enough to allow the hook to fit within the plastic flanges. A little scary, but I figured if it didn't work they were going to be returned anyway. It did. The blade then only needs to be popped into place over the installed adapter. The others that I bought, 20" passenger side, and the two for my wife's Mazda three all fit OK without this extreme measure. A little help with the instructions would probably keep people from having to return them as being defective. The blades seem to work OK and as well as any other new blade.
